Section 65
Inspection, Supervision and Approval
(1) The office shall regularly inspect and monitor whether the labor supplier is working in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act and the instructions given in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) If a labor supplier is not found to have acted in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act or the conditions prescribed for him through on-site inspection, monitoring or any other means, the office may issue necessary instructions to the labor supplier.
(3) It shall be the duty of the concerned labor supplier to comply with the instructions given under sub-section (2).
